Successfully expanding a rare 1Moz greenfields gold discovery in the WA Goldfields
Breaker Resources NL is a Perth-based, Australian ASX-listed gold explorer focused on discovering and developing large new gold deposits hidden by transported cover in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields Superterrane.
The 600sqkm Lake Roe Project, located approximately 100km east of Kalgoorlie, incorporates the 1Moz Bombora Gold Deposit, which represents 3.2km of primary mineralisation within a 9km long gold system. The system was discovered in 2015 during a regional-scale aircore drilling program and after ~240,000m of RC and diamond drilling, the Resource is open in all directions and extends to a vertical depth of 180m to 300m below surface. The Lake Roe Project is located 100km east of Kalgoorlie between two large gold deposits, the 3.5Moz Carosue Dam mine and the 0.9Moz Karonie gold deposit, located 60km north and 40km south of Lake Roe respectively.
